Apparently, the “Mean Girls” star kept in touch with her friends and relatives through the site and one of them gave Star magazine the access to the starlet’s passionate conversations with Ronson.
Nicole Richie’s trial on charges of driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol was postponed on Wednesday to August 16 so an expert defense witness can attend.
Earlier tonight the words “HACKED” appeared on Lindsay Lohan’s private myspace page. Apparently, her Myspace account, and Blackberry and Gmail accounts were hacked, and several of her private messages have been posted online. Enjoy! A lot more after the jump!
The hacker promises a full website with all the hacked photos, messages and emails in the next 3-4 days.
Pop star Britney Spears has recorded a bizarre video message seemingly supporting her management’s decision to force her into rehab.
Spears went for a tanning session and then for a sushi dinner in Bel Air with her cousin Allie and as the two were in the tanning salon, Britney called for X17 photographer Sandro, to come in and videotape her message to the public. She told him not to ask her questions but said, simply, “It’s my time.”
Spears, 25, said, “I just want to say that I’m just really, really shocked at like how nice our world is because it is just so nice. Like, oh my god! Like the other day like I was sitting there and I saw all these magazines and they said I was pregnant and like it’s so true.”

Anna Nicole Smith’s baby’s paternity determined. Dannielynn’s DNA test was released yesterday (10/04/07) and Larry Birkhead is officially the father.
“I hate to be the one who told you this, but: I told you so,” Birkhead, 34, said during a press conference outside the Bahamas courthouse. “I’m the father”.
Howard K. Stern, who was listed as the father on the birth certificate, says he won’t fight for custody and will do everything in his power to make sure Larry Birkhead gets full custody. He said, “I am obviously very disappointed … I am not going to fight Larry Birkhead for custody.” Stern added, “I will do everything I can to make sure he gets sole custody.”

A source said: “A stable successful man is the perfect medicine for Britney after her disastrous marriages. “It’s early days but she seems content at last.”
The mother-of-two has been seen at several basketball games since leaving rehab but has tried to keep her new romance under wraps.
Britney’s reported new rehab man, singer Howie Day (the one she played tennis with while in rehab), isn’t exactly the face of a healthy relationship if his police record is any indication of what type of support he’ll be on Brit’s bewigged road to recovery. The duo met at Promises rehab and are now said to be having a spring fling.
Day was arrested in Wisconsin in 2004 for locking a woman in the bathroom of a tour bus after she refused his sexual advances. He pleaded no contest to a charge of disorderly conduct.
A year later, Howie was arrested at Boston’s Logan Airport for harrassing flight attendants while on a flight from Dallas and was eventually ordered to one year’s probation as part of a plea deal.

Spider-Man 3 will make its US debut on 30 April at the UA Kaufman Astoria cinema in Queens - the home borough of Spider-Man’s alter ego Peter Parker.
A marching band will lead stars such as Tobey Maguire down a black carpet.
The world premiere takes place in Tokyo on 16 April and the film opens to the public around the globe from 1-4 May.
The US gala screening will be the climax of a series of eight premieres around the world, including one in London on 23 April.

New York will host a Spider-Man week in honour of the comic book character, including catch-up screenings, themed exhibitions and a Spider-Man rap contest.
“Bringing exciting and new events to NYC and its community is one of the major goals of the festival,” the event’s co-founder Jane Rosenthal said.
“Hosting the US premiere in Queens and celebrating the release throughout the festival will give us the opportunity to reach out to a new community, as well as to the devoted fan-base of the Spider-Man series.”
The festival, which runs from 26 April-7 May, was set up by Robert De Niro and Ms Rosenthal after the 11 September attacks to help revitalise lower Manhattan.

Anna Nicole’s doctor faces state investigation

The psychiatrist who prescribed all 11 of the drugs found in Anna Nicole Smith’s hotel room after the tabloid star died is under investigation by the Medical Board of California, a spokeswoman for the state agency said on Thursday.
Dr. Khristine Eroshevich, who prescribed more than 1,800 pills and a bottle of the powerful sedative chloral hydrate for Smith in the five weeks before she died of a drug overdose, could lose her medical license if the board finds misconduct on her part.
Most of the drugs were prescribed to Smith’s companion, Howard K. Stern, but medical examiners have said that they were intended for the 39-year-old Playboy Playmate turned billionaire’s widow.
“I can only tell you that she (Eroshevich) is being investigated in connection with the Anna Nicole Smith matter,” board spokeswoman Candis Cohen said.
Eroshevich, a Los Angeles-based psychiatrist, did not return a phone call from Reuters seeking comment.

According to records obtained by Star Magazine from Pendleton Municipal Court, 20-year-old Cameron (KFed’s younger brother) — a minor by local law — was arrested by members of the Pendleton Police Department at midnight on March 4, during a raucous party at his family home. At an April 3 court appearance, Federline pled guilty to the charges of “providing liquor to minors” (his other underage partygoers), “illegal possession of alcohol by a minor” and “illegal possession of alcohol by a minor by consumption” (he was drinking, as well).
Cameron was sentenced to 90 days in jail, 85 of which were suspended under the condition that he have no new arrests in one year, pay a $708 fine, and attend a victim’s impact panel on alcohol abuse. He immediately began serving his five-day jail sentence, and was scheduled for release on April 7.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline have hammered out the details of their split, and it’s reportedly going to cost the “Toxic” singer $13 million. What’s more, Star magazine says that Spears was reluctant to finalize the split.
“Do you really want to do this?” Spears asked K-Fed as the two met to discuss final details of their divorce, reports to the upcoming issue of the tab.
K-Fed said yes, and his estranged wife replied, “You’re the biggest mistake I’ve ever made, but thank you for my babies.”
Then the two puffed on cigarettes for a 15-minute smoking break, then hashed out the financial terms of their split, according to Star.
The tabloid also claims that Federline led Spears to believe that the two would get together after she got out of rehab because he wanted to encourage her to stay in the treatment center.
Among the details, according to the tab:
* A 2004 prenup called for K-Fed to get $250,000 for each year of their marriage, but Spears upped that figure to $500,000 to speed up the negotiations.
* He receives half the proceeds from their Malibu mansion, which is on the market for $13.5 million.
* Spears will pay $25,000 a month in child support for each of the couple’s two children until they reach 18. He also gets custody of the boys four days a week.
* Federline gets to keep all the gifts Spears bought them during their marriage.
* He’s forbidden from writing a tell-all about their marriage.
Movie beauty Halle Berry will do a “Britney” for new flick Nappily Ever After.
The Oscar-winning actress will shave her head for the role, and she admits she is terrified of becoming a skinhead.
“In the course of this movie something bad happens to my character’s hair and she decides to shave it all off,” Berry said.
The 40-year-old actress added: “I’m scared to death but that’s what I know I must do.” “I’ll probably do it on film.”
Romantic comedy Nappily Ever After is due to start filming in the US later this year.
It is slated for release in 2008.
Meanwhile Halle received her star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
The Oscar, Emmy and Golden Globe-winning actress was given the 2,333rd star in a ceremony outside Hollywood’s Kodak Theatre yesterday (04.03.07).
Halle said: “I am so emotional. As soon as I saw the crowds of people and friends here, I started to cry.”
